As a youth soccer organization that strives to support the concepts of "total fubol" as they relate to the system of "tiki-taka" soccer in terms of player development as well as its methodology, we must first properly educate our coaches by immersing them in the philosophy as well as their ability to adapt and implement these principles and methodologies for our all of our Academy teams.  In the spirit of supporting these soccer strategies, our Academy Program focuses on three main components:

SOCCER - THE DEVELOPMENTAL ACADEMY
By implementing the philosophy of "total futbol" throughout our team training sessions, both player and coach advance their understanding of the system in a harmonious environment.    

EDUCATION - MINIMUM STANDARDS / COACHING CLINICS

PLAYERS: In addition to soccer development, our Academy Program stresses the need to implement education based standards for all registered players so that higher education is the focus of their future.   

COACHES: Our coaches participate in extensive coaching education through our program's coaching clinics conducted both here and in Barcelona. 

CULTURE - ANNUAL TRIPS TO BARCELONA
Annually during the Spring, a Select Travel Team from our Academy travels to Barcelona for one week to experience everything that is "Barcelona."  While there, the team participates in many cultural events including tours of the magical city visiting historical landmarks.  They also get to watch their heroes play a game in the Nou Camp stadium.

In addition to the cultural experiences, they also get to witness what it's like to play for FC Barcelona's official Academy by visiting their facility and watching FCB Academy teams play and train. The Select Travel Team also trains during the day and plays matches in the evenings against Youth Soccer Academies throughout the city.
