THE ACADEMY
As a youth soccer organization that strives to support the concept of "Total Fubol", which are at the core values of FCBarcelona's player of development strategies and methodologies, we then must conduct ourselves properly by adopting and implementing these principles and methodologies here in the U.S.
So, in the spirit of supporting these soccer strategies, our Academy Program is focusing on three main components:
SOCCER - THE DEVELOPMENTAL ACADEMY
Coaching & player development through training & coaching clinics both here and in Barcelona, Spain.
EDUCATION - TUTORIAL PROGRAM / COACHES CLINICS
PLAYERS: In addition to soccer development, our Academy Program stresses the need to implement education based standards for all registered players so that higher education is the focus of their future.
COACHES: Our coaches also participate in extensive coaching education through our programs coordinated coaching clinics conducted both here and in Barcelona.
CULTURE - ANNUAL TRIPS TO BARCELONA
Annually during the Spring, our Academies BU10 aged team travels to Barcelona for one week to experience everything that is "Barcelona." While in Barcelona, the team participates in many cultural events including tours of the magical city visiting historical landmarks. They also get to watch their heroes play a game in the Nou Camp stadium.
In addition to the cultural experience, they also get to experience first hand what it's like to play for FC Barcelona's official Academy. The team trains during the day and plays matches in the evenings against Youth Academies throughout the city, including "The Clasico" against Barca's Academy.

"WRITE THE FUTURE"
FC Barcelona is one of the greatest Clubs worldwide, and their Academy Program is the best develomental program in the world, producing current players such as: Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Puyol, as well past greats such as Pep Guardiola.
Pep Guardiola is now one of the greatest soccer coaches to ever coach the game. In his first year as Barca's coach in 2009, he became the only Spanish league coach to ever win the six cups.
